Who can apply to get a PR in the UK?

You can apply for permanent residence in the UK after having legally resided in the country for a certain amount of years.

Generally, you must have lived and worked in the UK for at least five years. If you have a Tier 1 Visa, this can be reduced to two or three years. You can apply for permanent residency after three years if you have an Innovator or Global Talent visa.
